Kappy Chisholm is a proud Savannah native—and wouldn’t have it any other way. After attending school in Boston, Massachusetts, and Gainesville, Georgia, she returned home to Savannah, where her roots—and heart—have always been.

Raised on Whitemarsh Island, Kappy purchased her first home in Ardsley Park, later enjoyed 12 years of coastal living on Tybee Island, and now resides on Wilmington Island. Her deep local knowledge and genuine love for the Lowcountry give her clients a distinct advantage when navigating the market.

Kappy brings a diverse professional background to real estate, including experience as a business owner, which shaped her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-first mindset. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), providing specialized expertise to both buyers and military families.

Her dedication and results-driven approach have earned her recognition as a member of the Distinguished Sales Society from 2020 to present and the International Sterling Society from 2022 to present.

Beyond real estate, Kappy is deeply involved in her community. She serves on the board of the Fresh Air Home on Tybee, is a member of the Savannah Garden Club, and is the lead volunteer coordinator for the Lawyers, Guns & Money Clay Shoot.
